We want you to be happy with your purchase and encourage you to review all product descriptions, measurements, photos, and other details carefully before placing your order. Because many of our products are unique, vintage, handmade, or one-of-a-kind, return eligibility varies by item type.
Eligible Returns
New boutique and gift items that are unopened, unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging may be returned for a refund within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition.

Original packaging, tags, accessories, and materials must be included.

Proof of purchase is required.

You must contact us and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending the item back.
Returns received without an approved RA number will be rejected and will not be eligible for a refund.
Final Sale Items
Due to their unique, limited, or one-of-a-kind nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

We strongly encourage you to read product descriptions carefully, review all photographs, confirm measurements and dimensions, and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
Vintage and handmade items may show natural variations, signs of age, wear, patina, or other characteristics consistent with their age or handmade nature. These characteristics are not considered defects when they have been disclosed in the product description or photographs.
Return Authorization Required
Before returning any eligible item, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Do not ship a return until your RA request has been approved.
Returns received without a valid RA number may be refused, returned to the sender, or deemed ineligible for refund.
Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or an item that was materially damaged during shipment.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, or misdirected in transit.
Restocking Fee
Eligible returns that are not returned in their original packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items that are used, worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or missing parts, accessories, tags, or packaging may be denied a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.
Do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until we have reviewed your claim and provided instructions.
Approved claims involving an incorrect item or shipping damage may be eligible for replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days after the refund is processed for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are not refundable except when required by law or when the return results from an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has entered processing or has been shipped.
