Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of pre-loved vintage, boutiques, and hand-made items, all merchandise is sold “as-found“. Please review measurements, photos, condition report, and ask questions before purchasing as all sales are final.
We go the extra mile to provide accurate measurements, fabric descriptions, condition reports, and high quality photos to help you “see” the product as much as possible before purchasing. Please note that small flaws are common for vintage items that have been around for a number of years, and in hand-made items; these add to the uniqueness and character of the item you are purchasing making them distinctly your own! Also, keep in mind vintage sizes run much smaller than traditional sizes today and so ask before ordering.
We accept returns for store credit ONLY in the event of you receiving an item(s) that you didn’t order, or there was a major discrepancy in your order (i.e. ordered a small and received a large). In this case the correct item will be shipped out as soon as we receive the incorrect item back in the original condition in which is was shipped; including all tags, packaging, boxes, etc.
You must contact us for a RETURN Authorization Number and shipping instructions prior to sending the item so that we know to expect it and can prepare your replacement.
